I’ve spent the last five days and five nights out at TentLife and I must admit… this is going to be hard.

Who would have thought the simple life would be so complicated? I am trying to figure out ways in which to nullify the convenience of electricity, running water and tabletops that HouseLife affords. It is not easy. I have decided that if I get to the tent after dark, it is not worth cooking a meal, as prep-time and clean-up time take time… compounded by the fact that it is dark and things are harder to do in the dark (yes, even with a headlamp), which brings me to the conclusion that I could never live in Antarctica.
